Multi-Day Hire: 2/3 Day Trips
Get lost with a multi-day paddle while you take in all the river has to offer. Starting the morning at Glasbury paddling down the River Wye into Hay on Wye. A perfect place to stop for lunch. Multiple restaurants and pubs on offer in this picturesque town. In the afternoon, continue down the river crossing the border as you go, into the English countryside, finishing your day in Whitney-on-Wye. Having the option to stay at the Pound Campsite with their own landing point for easy river access. This campsite has full facilities and a pub next door, making it the perfect stop after a enjoyable days paddling. Alternatively for the more rustic camping experience stay at Locksters Pool, a basic but stunning campsite on the river bank. The next day you will paddle out of the Brecon Beacons and into the famous Herefordshire countryside. Pull in under the grand old brick bridge of Bredwardine, the locals favourite swimming spot. Finish your day in a traditional Herefordshire cider orchard, Byecross Farm in Preston-on-Wye, with their own canoe landing for easy river egress. A campsite with all amenities, you can pitch your tent or book a yurt. They even have hot food and cold drinks available too. Your third and final day, paddle into the historic city of Hereford where your carriage awaits.
